日経平均の１万円越えが目前となってきています♪

本日の東京市場は、
前日のダウ平均の上げ、
原油価格の上昇、
円安、

これらの材料からみても、
続伸が期待できますね。

今まで紹介した銘柄も、
グイグイ株価が上がって
きているので、

あなたも随分”含み益”が
でているかと思います（よね！？）

問題はどこで利益を確定するのか・・・

上がれば必ず下がる”株価”ですから、
いつか調整が入ります。

ではいつなのか？？

現在、日経平均25日移動平均乖離がプラス5．43％
”5％以上”が過熱圏と言われいます。

さらに、東証1部25日騰落レシオが119．58％
”120％以上”は買われすぎと言われています。

こんなことから、
少し注意が必要なレベルまできています。

東京の主役である「外国人投資家」
がどのような投資スタンスになるかで
これからの戦力を考えなくてはなりません。

目先想定されるのは急伸したことによる
売り方の買い戻しが急がれることになりそうですから、

“短期で狙う”のであれば、
売り残の多い銘柄を中心に狙いたいところです。
